For snail mail requests, make sure you include:

Your order form, including any comments, questions or requests you want addressed in your critique or edit.
Your manuscript, double-spaced in Times New Roman font, 12 point.
An extra envelope for return postage.

Response Time:

Currently, the response time for sample critiques is one to three weeks.

Response time for full manuscripts is one month.

Response time for business services such as newsletters and advertisements is immediate.
